RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                     ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                                B.A. No. 317 OF 2007\n\n                     ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                   Dated this the 31st day of January, 2007\n\n\n                                       O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>               The petitioners seek anticipatory bail on the allegation that<\/p>\n<p>the   Kattakada   Police   are   at   their   heals   at   the   instance   of   the   Statue<\/p>\n<p>Branch of the Union Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram from where the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, who are husband and wife, have availed a loan.<\/p>\n<p>       2.      The   Public   Prosecutor   on   instructions   submitted   that   no<\/p>\n<p>crime has been registered against the petitioners and that the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>are   not   wanted  by  the   Kattakada   police   with  regard   to   the   allegations<\/p>\n<p>made in the petition.  If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment<\/p>\n<p>entertained   by   the   petitioners   is   unfounded.     This   petition   is   closed<\/p>\n<p>recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>                                                           (V.
