Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIn<br \/>\nabove view of the matter, order dated 28.07.2011<br \/>\npassed by this Court has been complied by the applicant. Hence,<br \/>\ninterim relief granted by order dated 28.07.2011<br \/>\nis hereby confirmed.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIt<br \/>\nappears that the Rule issued to respondent Nos.1 to 2 i.e. the<br \/>\noriginal claimants has been duly served but none has filed his<br \/>\nappearance on their behalf.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tHence,<br \/>\nthe Tribunal is directed to invest the entire awarded amount<br \/>\ndeposited by the applicant in a Fixed Deposit in the name of Nazir of<br \/>\nthe Tribunal in any nationalized bank initially for a period of three<br \/>\nyears and such Fixed Deposit shall be renewed from time to time till<br \/>\nfinal disposal of the First Appeal. The said Fixed Deposit shall be<br \/>\nretained with the Nazir of the Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tThe<br \/>\nrespondent Nos.1 to 2-original claimants are at liberty to move<br \/>\nbefore this Court with regard to the modification of the above order,<br \/>\nin case of necessity.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, this application is allowed.
