SHEEMA ALI KHAN)<\/p>\n<p>2   30-08-2011               Heard Counsel for the petitioners and the A.P.P.<\/p>\n<p>                 appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case<\/p>\n<p>                 under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420\/34 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                 Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioners appeared in the MBBS Entrance<\/p>\n<p>                 Examination. They succeeded and have now passed the 1st<\/p>\n<p>                 years of the MBBS Course. On 04.02.2011, it appears that<\/p>\n<p>                 the authorities detected that the signatures and the thumb<\/p>\n<p>                 impressions of the petitioners do not match with the original<\/p>\n<p>                 papers.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> 2           Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29243 of 2011 (2) dt.30-08-2011<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                                   2\/2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                                  Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that<\/p>\n<p>                     there is no allegation that these petitioners had not sat in the<\/p>\n<p>                     examination concerned.
