APP (SJ) No.387 of 2010\n                                  LAKHAN MAHTO\n                                         Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>5.   28.4.2011                 I.A.No.979 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                               This interlocutory application has been filed on<\/p>\n<p>                 behalf of the appellant renewing the prayer for bail in the light of<\/p>\n<p>                 liberty granted to him by order dated 30.7.2010 passed by this<\/p>\n<p>                 Court that on completion of five years and six months of<\/p>\n<p>                 incarceration of the appellant and the appeal still not being<\/p>\n<p>                 heard, the appellant may renew his prayer.<\/p>\n<p>                               The contention is that the appellant is in custody<\/p>\n<p>                 since 15.10. 2005<\/p>\n<p>                               Let the appellant, namely, Lakhan Mahto be<\/p>\n<p>                 directed to be released, during pendency of this appeal, on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000\/-( ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the trial<\/p>\n<p>                 court, i.e., Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-7,<\/p>\n<p>                 Purnia, in Sessions Trial No. 465 of 2006.<\/p>\n<p>                               As regards the sentence of fine, realisation thereof<\/p>\n<p>                 shall remain stayed till further orders.<\/p>\n<pre>        Kanth                                          ( Dharnidhar Jha, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Lakhan Mahto vs The State Of Bihar on 28 April, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CR.
