DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 24\/08\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tApplicant\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; convict of five years&#8217; imprisonment seeks parole for a period<br \/>\nof two weeks on the ground to filing an appeal before this Court,<br \/>\nsince the competent authority has rejected his application on<br \/>\navailing report from the jail authorities which is adverse.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tConsidering<br \/>\noverall jail record which is reasonably good and considering the<br \/>\nnature of conviction, I am of the opinion that the applicant deserves<br \/>\nto be enlarged on parole.  Accordingly, the applicant is ordered to<br \/>\nbe enlarged on parole for two weeks<br \/>\nfrom the date of his release from jail on furnishing a<br \/>\npersonal bond of Rs.2,000\/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant is directed to mark his presence before the nearest police<br \/>\nstation once in week between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and shall<br \/>\nreport to the jail authorities on completion of the parole period.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Anant<br \/>\nS.
