KUMAR, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Learned counsel for the petitioner states that order dated<\/p>\n<p>3.2.2009 has been complied with and TIN number of the petitioner has been<\/p>\n<p>opened. Accordingly, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the<\/p>\n<p>TIN number has been opened.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Ordered accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>            However, we make it clear that the TIN number of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner should not be locked for the same reason on the basis of which it<\/p>\n<p>was earlier locked.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n                                                (M.M.
