Heard Mr.V.Bharathidhasan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and Mr.S.Shivashanmugam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t3.  Without going into the merits of the petitioner&#8217;s claim, as requested by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner&#8217;s representation dated 25.04.2011 on merits and in accordance with law  within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.  The petitioner shall also be given an  opportunity on hearing before passing orders.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t4.  With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
