From the impugned orders it appears that the gift deed<\/p>\n<p>                   was executed 12 years prior to lodging of the case.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the nature of the accusation, let the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   above named be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                   before the court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be<\/p>\n<p>                   released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                   thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                   learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Chewara P.S.
