Deppt. Have been sent to the CBI for the<br \/>\n   investigation, hence they are not able to give the information.<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Absent<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mrs. Chandra Reddy.<\/p>\n<p>The PIO states that though the records have been released, they are unable to<br \/>\ntrace the records. The Commission direct s the present PIO Mr.D.P.Ture to make all<br \/>\nefforts to trace the records. If the records cannot b e found, the PIO will undertake<br \/>\nto reconstruct the record based on avialble information. The appellant&#8217;s help will<br \/>\nalso be taken in this process.
