That if chief of respected department Dr. Ashok had purchase any house, vehicle or any expensive\n      goods\/assets during his service period? If yes, then did he inform to the respected Ministry? Give\n      all self attested documents in this matter\/regard, included information about cost of purchasing.\n   2. That on disrespecting the Law and Order will Ministry took any action against him? If No, then\n      how long will it take to take an action against him.\n   3. That If he took any loan from the Corporation or Bank. If yes, then how much and from where?\n      Give proper details.\n   4. That how many promotions did Dr. Ashok gets during his service period? Give details in written.\n   5. That how many Showcause notice\/notices were provided by the corporation on behalf of mistakes\n      done by Dr. Ashok? Give details including written reply of Dr. Ashok.\n\nThe PIO reply:\nAnswer 1. During service, one Motor Cycle, No. DL\/2C S 2535; and one Maruti 800, DL\/8C.... had been\nbought. Bills statements are not available in the Health Ministry Civil Lines Zone, but it should be get\nthrough CED, MCD. .........\nAnswer.2. There is no violation of rules.\nAnswer 3. Total 3 promotions were received.\nAnswer 4. Took loan from GPF from time to time and Housing Loan would also be taken.\nAnswer 5.There is no such notice issued to Dr. Ashok Rawat during his service period.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory reply was given to the appellant by the PIO.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\nThe FAA order is not mentioned.\n Ground of the Second Appeal:\nNO information had been provided by the PIO and unsatisfactory order was given by the FAA.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. J.D.
