No.33100 of 2010\n                                     PRAVEZ ANSARI\n                                            Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>05.   22.12.2010                Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a<\/p>\n<p>                   case instituted under section 392 IPC in view of liberty so granted<\/p>\n<p>                   to him by order dated 21.08.2009 passed on his earlier bail<\/p>\n<p>                   application being Cr.Misc. No. 27717 of 2009 (Annexure-1).<\/p>\n<p>                   While rejecting his prayer, the petitioner was granted liberty to<\/p>\n<p>                   renew after one year if the trial in the meanwhile is not taken up.<\/p>\n<p>                               Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a<\/p>\n<p>                   supplementary affidavit enclosing therewith      the order-sheet of<\/p>\n<p>                   the trial court wherefrom it appears that only on 05.10.2010<\/p>\n<p>                   charges have been framed and thereafter the matter is pending for<\/p>\n<p>                   production of witnesses. It is submitted that not a single witness<\/p>\n<p>                   thereafter has turned up. The petitioner seems to be in custody<\/p>\n<p>                   since 24.01.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                   bond of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Santosh Kumar learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Masaurhi, Patna n connection with<\/p>\n<p>                   Masaurhi P.S.Case No.173\/2003 subject to the condition that one<\/p>\n<p>                   of the bailors shall be his own\/close family member. He shall<\/p>\n<p>                   appear on the date fixed at the trial. In case of default in such<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel<\/p>\n<p>     his bail bonds and secure his arrest in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<p>                              ( Kishore K.
