MISHRA\n                                     ------\n          For the Petitioners        :        Mr. P.K.Pandey, Advocate\n          For the State              :        Mr. H.K.Sikarwar, A.P.P.\n                                      ------\n\n2\/ 28.06.2011<\/pre>\n<p>            Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the<br \/>\n          Prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         The petitioners have been made accused for the offences registered<br \/>\n          under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code in<br \/>\n          connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 129 of 2010 corresponding to G.R.<br \/>\n          No. 731 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         There is allegation against the petitioners and other accused to have<br \/>\n          tied over the eyes of the informant and to have taken him to a distinct place and<br \/>\n          then to have assaulted him with sharp edged weapons, in course of which, the<br \/>\n          hand of the informant was amputated away.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is no<br \/>\n          specific allegation against them.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         In the facts of this case, there could not be any specific allegation<br \/>\n          against the petitioners because once the eyes of the informant was tied over by the<br \/>\n          culprits, the informant was not in the position to see that who made the assault.<br \/>\n          The informant named the petitioners to be involved in the occurrence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         In the facts and circumstances of the case particularly in view of the<br \/>\n          fact that the hand of the informant was amputated away by the culprits, I am not<br \/>\n          inclined to enlarge petitioners,       Indal Ram and Dashrath Ram on bail.<br \/>\n          Accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                 ( H.
