(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>         On 18.12.02009, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had<\/p>\n<p>passed the following order in Criminal Misc. No. M-26212 of 2008 titled<\/p>\n<p>as &#8220;Arun Dev Sharma v. State of Punjab&#8221;:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                            &#8220;it is very pleasing and nice to notice that<\/p>\n<p>                   the fighting couple has decided to join their<\/p>\n<p>                   matrimonial alliance with the good services of<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Senior counsel representing the respective<\/p>\n<p>                   sides. Wife has come forward to join the company of<\/p>\n<p>                   her husband, who is present in person in Court.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Criminal Misc. No. M-20950 of 2008                                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                    Husband has also willingly accepted to take the<\/p>\n<p>                    complainant-wife      along.     There    are    certain<\/p>\n<p>                    apprehensions in the mind of the complainant-wife,<\/p>\n<p>                    which are bound to be there because of some<\/p>\n<p>                    difference which had developed in this case between<\/p>\n<p>                    the couple. It will be appropriate to give the parties<\/p>\n<p>                    time to stay together and make an attempt to re-<\/p>\n<p>                    construct this marriage. The present petition for that<\/p>\n<p>                    purpose is kept alive.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                               Adjourned to 9.3.2009.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                               Interim order to continue.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                               The    apprehension     expressed    by   the<\/p>\n<p>                    complainant-wife that the husband might leave the<\/p>\n<p>                    Country for good has been discounted by the<\/p>\n<p>                    husband, who says that he has no intention to leave<\/p>\n<p>                    the Country. However, he is stated to be a renowned<\/p>\n<p>                    Scientist and for that purpose he may have to visit<\/p>\n<p>                    some Countries for which he undertakes to seek<\/p>\n<p>                    permission as and when he intends to leave the<\/p>\n<p>                    Country for any conference etc.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>          Petitioners along with aggrieved complainant-wife is present in<\/p>\n<p>the Court along with their counsel. They have made a request that<\/p>\n<p>interim bail to parents of husband of the complainant in Criminal Misc.<\/p>\n<p>No. M-20950 of 2008 be affirmed.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Consequently, Criminal Misc. No. M-20950 of 2008 is<\/p>\n<p>accepted, interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioners is affirmed till<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Criminal Misc. No. M-20950 of 2008                                    3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>filing of the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
