Kankerbagh, District Patna. ---- Respondents.\n\nFor the petitioner :   Mr. Prafulla Ranjan Srivastava, Advocate\nFor the P.M.C. :       Ms. Binita Singh, Advocate\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3        21.10.2011                    Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed this writ<\/p>\n<p>                           application when the Municipal Building Tribunal was not<\/p>\n<p>                           functioning.     Now the Municipal Building Tribunal has been<\/p>\n<p>                           constituted and as such, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this<\/p>\n<p>                           writ application to pursue the matter before the Tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>                                       Liberty is granted.
