Mr.Nanavati<br \/>\nread jail report and pointed out that applicant has enjoyed furlough.<br \/>\nHe has contended that the applicant has not surrendered in time and<br \/>\nafter 3846 days he was arrested by the police and appeared before the<br \/>\njail authority.  Therefore, he has contended that parole leave may<br \/>\nnot be granted to the present applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tFrom<br \/>\nthe contents of the application I do not find any substance in the<br \/>\ncase.
