Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 This is a second attempt for grant of bail. Earlier by<\/p>\n<p>                     order dated 11.3.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3549 of 2010 prayer<\/p>\n<p>                     for bail of the petitioner was rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the<\/p>\n<p>                     offences under sections 20, 22, 23 and 24 of the NDPS Act. In the<\/p>\n<p>                     case, 110 kilograms of Ganja was recovered. Learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner, while pressing the present bail petition, has<\/p>\n<p>                     submitted that the trial has already commenced and number of<\/p>\n<p>                     witnesses have already been examined. However, only some<\/p>\n<p>                     official witnesses are still to be examined.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Keeping in view the fact that trial is going on and<\/p>\n<p>                     earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was already rejected, I do<\/p>\n<p>                     not find any ground to entertain the present bail petition.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Earlier, while rejecting the prayer for bail of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, the trial court was directed to expedite the trial and<\/p>\n<p>                     conclude the same expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Md.S.
