BHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 17\/06\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)<\/p>\n<p>1.0\tPresent<br \/>\napplication is filed by the applicant &#8211; convict through jail<br \/>\nseeking Temporary Bail for a period of 45 days so as to undertake the<br \/>\nagricultural operations.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Pandya waives service of<br \/>\nprocess of Rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tLearned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor invited attention of the Court to the<br \/>\nJail Remarks.  The applicant &#8211; convict has enjoyed one Furlough<br \/>\nin the months of April &#8211; May 2010 and reported in jail in time.<br \/>\n He is in jail for 03 years, 01 month and 18 days as on 7th<br \/>\nJune 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the contents of the application, the application<br \/>\nis allowed.  The applicant &#8211; convict is ordered to be released on<br \/>\nTemporary Bail for a period of 30 days from the date of<br \/>\nhis release, on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/-<br \/>\n(Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.1\tThe<br \/>\napplicant &#8211; convict shall surrender to the jail authorities on expiry<br \/>\nof the Temporary Bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.2\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
