BHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 05\/04\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)<\/p>\n<p>1.0\tPresent<br \/>\napplication is filed by the applicant &#8211; convict through jail<br \/>\nseeking 45 days&#8217; Temporary Bail for financial assistance to his aged<br \/>\nparents.  His brothers are also in jail.  Last he was released on<br \/>\nFurlough from 6th April 2010 to 19th April 2010<br \/>\nand he reported in jail in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. Shah waives service of<br \/>\nprocess of Rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the contents of the application, the application<br \/>\nis allowed.  The applicant &#8211; convict is ordered to be released on<br \/>\nTemporary Bail for a period of 30 days from the date of<br \/>\nhis release, on his executing a personal bond of Rs.5,000\/-<br \/>\n(Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthorities.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender to the jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\nTemporary Bail period.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.2\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
