The<br \/>\nstatement only says that the convict wants to get himself treated by<br \/>\nprivate Doctor.  He further stated that he does not know the name of<br \/>\nthe Doctor.  He has also stated that his father has expired and his<br \/>\nfinancial condition is weak, but the expenses for his treatment will<br \/>\nbe borne by his brother-in-law (sister&#8217;s husband) named Vipulbhai<br \/>\nJethabhai Kothadiya, residing near Tolnaka, Rajkot.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP to obtain a statement of the brother-in-law of the convict<br \/>\napplicant.
