Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :28\/11\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                            KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n\n                      -----------------------------------------\n\n                          W.P(C)No.22847  of  2003\n\n                      -----------------------------------------\n\n               Dated this the 28th  day of  November, 2006\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              (i)     issue   a   writ   of   certiorari   quashing   Ext.P3   Auction<\/p>\n<p>              Certificates and P4 order as illegal and arbitrary.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              (ii)    issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>              to dispose of Ext.P5 revision petition after giving a chance<\/p>\n<p>              of being heard to the petitioner.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>In case no orders have been passed on Ext.P5, there will be a direction<\/p>\n<p>to the first respondent to dispose of the same with notice to the parties<\/p>\n<p>within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>the judgment.
