This appeal is filed by<\/p>\n<p>the government on behalf of the NTPC against the enhancement<\/p>\n<p>granted by the court below. Government Pleader submitted on<\/p>\n<p>behalf of the State that this appeal is being withdrawn as the<\/p>\n<p>enhancement ordered by the court below is within the norms<\/p>\n<p>fixed by the NTPC.       Therefore, the appeal is closed as<\/p>\n<p>withdrawn.
