appellant had sustained fractuxe of left  <\/p>\n
injury to right cheek and there the .feee. <\/p>\n
and he had. taken treatment   ‘A<\/p>\n
and as a result of the   ..a0\u00a7;\u00a21ent~1:1e
\nwas permanently dise1b1edAse.~:;d’Lvfoixnd   to carry out
\nhis avocation as an ‘but the Tribunal failed
\nto appreejate .__t’hese”    granted a meager
\n   he therefore requests
\n   on various heads<\/p>\n

V,   Per”‘oo_ntV1’*a, it is submitted on behalf of the insurance<\/p>\n

   of left tibia and a sum of Rs.3000\/ – towards<\/p>\n
 \u00abinjuries and a sum of Rs.50{)0\/- towards medical<\/p>\n
 ..  expenses and totally Rs.20,000\/- and there being no other<\/p>\n
V’ * Eevidenoe on record, the Tribunal was justi\ufb01ed in not granting<\/p>\n
compensation on the other heads. He therefore submits that<\/p>\n

\nthe injuries eustainetl   on account of
