Nirmala Wakalwar &amp; ors.)\n      20-10-2010\n\n            Heard Shri M.K.Agrawal, learned counsel for the applicants on\n      the question of admission.\n\n            The applicants have filed this application praying for extention of\n      time to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.\n      10557\/2009, dated 23-7-2010 whereby this Court has directed the\n      respondent\/authorities to settle the claims of the petitioner who is a<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      widow.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">            It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that<br \/>\n      sincere efforts have been made by them to comply with the order and<br \/>\n      part of the order has already been complied with and remaining part<br \/>\n      has already been put into execution but could not be completed within<br \/>\n      two months and in such circumstances the learned counsel for the<br \/>\n      applicants prays that time till the end of November, 2010 be given to<br \/>\n      the applicants to comply with the order.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">            Looking to the steps taken by the applicants to comply with the<br \/>\n      order passed by this Court it appears to be bona fide to grant extention<br \/>\n      of time to comply with the order till the end of November, 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">            In the circumstances, time as prayed for by the applicants to<br \/>\n      comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 10557\/2009,<br \/>\n      dated 23-7-2010 is extended up to the end of November, 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">            With the aforesaid observations the application filed by the<br \/>\n      applicants stands disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">            C.C. today.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                                                            (R.S.Jha)<br \/>\n                                                             Judge<br \/>\nmct\n   <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Madhya Pradesh High Court Food Corporation Of India vs Smt.
