Singh\n                                           Versus\n                                   Nand Kishore Singh\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">28.   12.10.2011                On 01.09.2010, undertaking was given by the<\/p>\n<p>                    respondent that he will not transfer the land without the<\/p>\n<p>                    permission of the Court till any further order is passed on<\/p>\n<p>                    the I.A. No.6651 of 2010.   Thereafter, in spite of several<\/p>\n<p>                    adjournments neither any counter-affidavit is filed nor<\/p>\n<p>                    anybody is appearing on behalf of the respondent.      The<\/p>\n<p>                    interim order is continuing.
