RAVINDRAN, JJ.\n      ---------------------------------------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C).NO.325 OF 2008- L\n      --------------------------------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 7th day of January, 2008.\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Balakrishnan Nair, J:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">      The petitioner has approached this Court contending inter alia<\/p>\n<p>that their members are being obstructed by respondents 5 and 6<\/p>\n<p>and their members, from doing          work under the 1st respondent,<\/p>\n<p>though the said     respondent, who is the employer, is willing to<\/p>\n<p>engage them. We directed           the learned counsel for the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent    to get instructions on this point.    The learned counsel,<\/p>\n<p>after getting instructions, submitted that the 1st respondent is not<\/p>\n<p>willing to engage the workmen represented by the petitioner.           If<\/p>\n<p>that be so, the petitioner&#8217;s remedy to get employment lies else<\/p>\n<p>where. Therefore, this writ petition is closed without prejudice to<\/p>\n<p>the contentions of the petitioner and its right to approach          this<\/p>\n<p>Court, if cause of action arises in future.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              K.
