Her reply was not accepted. However, her probation period<br \/>\nwas extended during that period. The case of the appellant is that<br \/>\nthe foundation of the order is  non-acceptance of her explanation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tWe<br \/>\nhave been taken through  the order of dispensing with the services of<br \/>\nthe appellant which speaks of unsatisfactory  services.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\tThe<br \/>\nlearned Single Judge has found that the order of dispensing with the<br \/>\nservices of the appellant is not  stigmatic and in our view rightly<br \/>\nso  because the order is plain and simple.  The appellant was on<br \/>\nprobation and it cannot be said that the foundation of the order was<br \/>\nher explanation, which has not been accepted. That may be the object<br \/>\nbut not  foundation.  In that view of the matter,  we are not<br \/>\ninclined to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\tThe<br \/>\nappeal has no force and the same is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">\tIn<br \/>\nview of the dismissal of the appeal,  Civil Application does not<br \/>\nsurvive and is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">(BHAGWATI<br \/>\nPRASAD, J.)<\/p>\n<p>(BANKIM<br \/>\nN.
