For his dereliction of duty he has been suspended.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">              As far as merits of the case are concerned learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>State submitted that the matter in dispute was considered by the National<\/p>\n<p>Human Rights Commission and the orders passed by it are being complied with<\/p>\n<p>and FIR No. 48 dated 1.5.2009, under <a href=\"\/doc\/695990\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 364<\/a>,<a href=\"\/doc\/455468\/\" id=\"a_1\">307<\/a>,<a href=\"\/doc\/996413\/\" id=\"a_2\">347<\/a>,<a href=\"\/doc\/180217\/\" id=\"a_3\">506<\/a> IPC was<\/p>\n<p>registered at Police Station Bhadson and the matter is under investigation.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">               Keeping in view the aforesaid fact, the present petition is<\/p>\n<p>dismissed as infructuous.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">\n\n\n\n                                               (RAJESH BINDAL)\n23.9.2009                                           JUDGE\nReema\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Punjab-Haryana High Court Ram Chander Sahni vs State Of Punjab on 23 September, 2009 IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH.
