SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                 ------------------------------------\n                    W.P.(C)No.21961 OF 2008\n               ----------------------------------------\n                  Dated this the 22nd day of July, 2008\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     The petitioner appeared for the supplementary examination<\/p>\n<p>of third year B.Sc Nursing Course held in December 2007, the<\/p>\n<p>results of which were published in June 2008. Dissatisfied with<\/p>\n<p>the results in one paper namely, &#8216;Advanced Medical Surgical<\/p>\n<p>Nursing&#8217; the petitioner filed Ext.P2 application for revaluation of<\/p>\n<p>the answer script.      The petitioner seeks a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to complete the revaluation process expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     2.      The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>University submits that the University would require at least two<\/p>\n<p>more months&#8217; time to complete the revaluation process.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">     Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with<\/p>\n<p>a direction to the respondents to complete the revaluation<\/p>\n<p>process for which the petitioner has applied and publish the<\/p>\n<p>results thereof, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a<\/p>\n<p>period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment, provided the application submitted by the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>in order in all respects.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                              S.
