02.      18.11.2011               This matter was taken up on 17.11.2011 when none appeared<\/p>\n
                      on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the State was<\/p>\n
                      present and the same situation exists today when none appears to press<\/p>\n
                      the writ petition though Mr. Rejiv Shekhar, Assisting counsel to G.P. 19<\/p>\n
                      is present.\n<\/p>\n
                                    The petitioner has complained of certain acts of omissions<\/p>\n
                      and commissions by the employees of Madhubani Zila Parishad and<\/p>\n
                      seeks a direction to the authorities of the Zila Parishad including the<\/p>\n
                      Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer,<\/p>\n
                      Madhubani for taking appropriate action against them.<\/p>\n
                                    Regard being had to the circumstances where none appears<\/p>\n
                      to press the writ petition,   the same is disposed of with the liberty to the<\/p>\n
                      petitioner to raise his grievance before the respondent no. 6, Deputy<\/p>\n
                      Development       Commissioner-cum-Chief        Executive    Officer,   Zila<\/p>\n
                      Parishad, Madhubani and who shall consider and dispose of the same in<\/p>\n
                      accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n
