3\/   19.09.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n
                               The petitioner was refused bail by order dated<\/p>\n
                  12.05.2010 vide Cr. Misc. No.15033 of 2010 but has renewed his<\/p>\n
                  prayer for bail on the ground that the witnesses, who have named<\/p>\n
                  the petitioner, have not supported the case of the prosecution.<\/p>\n
                               A report was called for from the Trial Court<\/p>\n
                  specifically on this point and it has reported that two witnesses did<\/p>\n
                  not support the case of the prosecution but four witnesses have<\/p>\n
                  named the petitioner during trial.\n<\/p>\n
                               It is conceded that Raja Ram Bhar, who had named<\/p>\n
                  the petitioner, has not been examined up till now.<\/p>\n
                               In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier<\/p>\n
                  order.\n<\/p>\n
                               Prayer for bail is once again rejected.\n<\/p>\n
                               The Trial Court is directed to send a list of the<\/p>\n
                  witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a<\/p>\n
                  copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas, who is<\/p>\n
                  directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed<\/p>\n
                  so that there is no further delay in the trial.<\/p>\n
