Respondent Nos.4, 5 &amp;<br \/>\n6 are also present.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\tThere<br \/>\nis no dispute that the corpus is aged 27 years and is major. It is<br \/>\nalso not in dispute that the corpus is lawfully wedded wife of<br \/>\npetitioner Sanjaybhai Himmatbhai Panchal and they have a child<br \/>\nHarshit out of their wedlock of about five years.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.\tWe<br \/>\nhave talked to both of them individually and jointly. The corpus<br \/>\nstates that she left the house of the petitioner, as she was not<br \/>\nproperly treated. She states that earlier when she went to her<br \/>\nparental house, somehow she was sent back to the house of the<br \/>\npetitioner and, therefore, this time she took shelter with respondent<br \/>\nNo.4 &#8211; Chetanbhai, who happens to be her distant relative and a<br \/>\nfriend. She states that she does not want to go and stay with<br \/>\nSanjaybhai, under any circumstances.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">4.\tThe<br \/>\npetitioner&#8217;s reaction is that if she has left the house at her own<br \/>\nand she does not want to come back, it is her will and discretion.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">5.\tUltimately,<br \/>\nboth the sides have tentatively come to a conclusion to take divorce<br \/>\nas per the customs prevailing in the community. Both the sides agree<br \/>\nthat the custody of minor child Harshit will remain with  petitioner<br \/>\nSanjaybhai and corpus Gayatriben does not and will not make any claim<br \/>\nover the child. The parties also agree that they have no belongings<br \/>\nto be exchanged. Lastly, they agree that the corpus does not and will<br \/>\nnot claim any maintenance or alimony. They need sometime to give<br \/>\nfinality to their tentative decision of divorce on the aforesaid<br \/>\nterms.
