No.29372 of 2010\n                    SUSHEEL CHOUDHARY SON OF SRI KAMESHWAR\n                            CHOUDHARY\n                                           Versus\n                                    STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">3.   11.10.2010             Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                            The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                   offence u\/ss.498A, 304B and 201\/34<a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_1\"> of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                            It has been submitted that the occurrence took<\/p>\n<p>                   place on 4.2.2010, but the complaint, which was sent for<\/p>\n<p>                   investigation u\/s.156(3) <a href=\"\/doc\/445276\/\" id=\"a_1\">Cr.P.C<\/a>., was filed on 9.2.2010.<\/p>\n<p>                   During investigation a different picture altogether emerged<\/p>\n<p>                   and, therefore, charge sheet was submitted u\/s.306 <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_2\">I.P.C<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                            Considering the same, let the petitioner above<\/p>\n<p>                   named, who is in custody since 7.7.2010, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Five thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                   with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety<\/p>\n<p>                   to be fixed by the court concerned to the satisfaction of Addl.<\/p>\n<p>                   Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Khudaganj<\/p>\n<p>                   P.S.case No.28 of 2010, subject to the conditions (i) That<\/p>\n<p>                   one of the bailor will be a close relative of the petitioner who<\/p>\n<p>                   will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related<\/p>\n<p>                   with the petitioner.
