P (C) No. 12064 of 2008\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                   Dated this, the 8th   April, 2008.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Petitioners 1 to 3 are Principals of Higher Secondary Schools in<\/p>\n<p>the State.   The 4th respondent is an association of Higher Secondary<\/p>\n<p>School Principals. They are aggrieved by the enormous workload of<\/p>\n<p>Principals. According to them, because of the workload, they are<\/p>\n<p>unable     to administer the schools properly.           In the above<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, the 4th respondent has filed Ext. P7 before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioners seek a direction to the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on the same expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Ext. P7 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within<\/p>\n<p>three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after<\/p>\n<p>affording an opportunity of being heard to the representative of the 4th<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      The petitioners shall forward a certified copy of this judgment<\/p>\n<p>along with a copy of the writ petition to the 1st respondent for<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<p id=\"p_5\">                                         Sd\/- S.
