By Ext.P7<\/p>\n<p>order,    Ext.P6 application made by the petitioner claiming<\/p>\n<p>interest on the payment made belatedly has been rejected. A<\/p>\n<p>reading of Ext.P7 shows that according to the respondent, it was<\/p>\n<p>for reasons which are not attributable to them that delay has<\/p>\n<p>occurred. Therefore, if the petitioner is to succeed, necessarily<\/p>\n<p>the facts stated in Ext.P7 will have to be disproved, which cannot<\/p>\n<p>be done in a writ petition.        In such circumstances, the remedy<\/p>\n<p>available to the petitioner is to move the civil court.
