APP (DB) No.296 of 2009\n                                 AMAR NATH SINGH\n                                          Versus\n                                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">7.   20.6.2011.                 Heard learned counsel for the appellant and the<\/p>\n<p>                      learned A.P.P. for the State in respect of I.A. No.972 of 2011,<\/p>\n<p>                      whereby the appellant has renewed his prayer for bail on the<\/p>\n<p>                      ground that he is in custody since 11.7.2005 and he has suo-<\/p>\n<p>                      moto surrendered in the court below without any delay.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                Considering that the appellant is described to be<\/p>\n<p>                      the assailant of the deceased, his prayer for bail was rejected<\/p>\n<p>                      on two occasions, lastly on 30th of June, 2010.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                Considering the period of detention of the<\/p>\n<p>                      appellant, we are not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer<\/p>\n<p>                      for bail of the appellant is again rejected. However, it is<\/p>\n<p>                      made clear that if the appeal could not be taken up for<\/p>\n<p>                      hearing within one year, the appellant, if so advised, may<\/p>\n<p>                      renew his prayer for bail after one year.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                I.A.
