RAMKUMAR, J.\n                  -----------------------------------\n               Bail Application No. 6135 of 2009\n                   ----------------------------------\n             Dated this the 23rd day of March, 2010.\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Petitioners who are accused Nos. 1 to 4 in Crime No. 223 of<\/p>\n<p>2009   of Neyyar Dam Police Station for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 341, 323, 324 and 326 r\/w <a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 34<\/a> I.P.C., seek<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<\/p>\n<p>nature. But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of<\/p>\n<p>interrogation and then to have their application for bail considered by<\/p>\n<p>the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the petitioners shall<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the investigating officer on 26.03.2010 or<\/p>\n<p>27.03.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and            recovery of<\/p>\n<p>incriminating material,    if any.
