JUSTICE VINEET KOTHARI\n\nMr. Sanjay Mathur for the petitioner.\n\n                                    -----\n\n               Heard learned counsel.\n\n               Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the courts\n\nbelow have erred in rejecting the temporary injunction application on\n\naccount of on-going examination of daughter of the petitioner for\n\nSenior Secondary (12th), she may be permitted to reside in\n\nGovernment quarter only upto 31st May, 2009 and immediately\n\nthereafter she would vacate the said premises.\n\n               Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall not be\n\nforcibly dispossessed from the quarter in which she is presently\n\nresiding upto 31st May, 2009.           The petitioner will furnish an\n\nundertaking to this effect that she will hand over the vacant\n\npossession of the said quarter to the defendant on or before\n\n15.6.2009.\n\n               With these directions, this writ petition is disposed of.\n\nCopy of this order be sent to the respondents and trial court.\n\n\n\n                                            [ DR.
