No.43847 of 2010\n                                   ANANT MEHTA\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      ------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2\/      18.04.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                  For discrepancy in stock and distribution, submission of<\/p>\n<p>                     the learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner&#8217;s license is<\/p>\n<p>                     suspended, may be convicted also after trial if the discrepancy is not<\/p>\n<p>                     sufficiently explained but refusal of anticipatory bail at the stage is<\/p>\n<p>                     not justified.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                  Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                  In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                     from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi) P.S. Case No. 334 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                     above named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                     bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                     amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhepura subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                     conditions as laid down under <a href=\"\/doc\/1692057\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 438(2)<\/a> of Cr.
