Respondents.\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.    28.09.2010                Having heard learned counsel for the parties as<\/p>\n<p>                        with regard to solitary relief of acceptance of joining of<\/p>\n<p>                        the petitioner on the post of Shiksha Mitra, this Court<\/p>\n<p>                        would find it difficult to now direct the authorities to<\/p>\n<p>                        accept the joining of the petitioner specially when the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner was elected on the post of Sarpanch on<\/p>\n<p>                        14.6.2006.
