\ni  residing with the petitioner at Laxmi Nagar in<\/p>\n
mBHeigau1n City. He was running Autorickshaw.<\/p>\n

\nand his  namely Rahil and<\/p>\n
Muskgan s.wer’e”‘crying.’ The complainant came<\/p>\n

ii’t_h’e_}p’reif’i\u00abou-slnight the deceased had picked up<\/p>\n
quarrel wi’thj_ his wife (petitioner) and on the<\/p>\n
gVmoi’n’ing”‘.(og’itliat day also he again picked up<\/p>\n

 e.rsa:id cihildren telephoned to the accused No.1<\/p>\n
 Latif (elder brother of the petitioner)<\/p>\n
 and informed about the said quarrel. Then the<\/p>\n

said Abdul Latif came to the house of the
\ndeceased and assaulted the deceased with _

instigated her brother saying that he <\/p>\n

deceased sustained fatal  ‘diediii *<\/p>\n
4) The postmortem  available
\nin the police   deceased
\nwas due to  result of stab injury
\nto his chest.   16 years old, son
\nof the deceasiedland  reveals that, on
\nthe said mofsning itihe..:idVe’cieasiediiiheat the petitioner during. the<\/p>\n
quarreil’   and therefore she asked him<\/p>\n

Whether she shared common intention with the<\/p>\n
No.1 of causing death of the deceased is <\/p>\n
