as they  “petition before the<\/p>\n
Tribunal,  ‘ * <\/p>\n
3. Brief   are:\n<\/p>\n
, Thai \u00a2n juicnf\u00e9oos Vdu\ufb02l the c\ufb02ahnant was<\/p>\n
. it  tra\\te1iing””i.n a niinibus bearing registration No. KA–20–<\/p>\n
   towards Manipal near Eshwara Nagar,
\nHergav___vVilVlage, the driver of the bus drove the same in a
\n .,rashzarn;cl negligent manner and suddenly applied brake,<\/p>\n
‘gas a result, claimant sustained injuries. Hence, he filed<\/p>\n
it  claim petition before the MACT, Udupi, seeking<\/p>\n
compensation of Rs.1,00,000\/-. The Tribunal by
\nimpugned judgment and award has awarded<\/p>\n
compensation of Rs. 10,000 \/ ~ with interest at 8%’ A’<\/p>\n

accident, negligence and liability <\/p>\n

5. Afterllpllhjeariiig the’-.lVearr1edCoulisel for the parties
\nand perusing: olfhthe Tribunal, I am of the<\/p>\n
View thatithe’vcompensation awarded by the Tribunal is<\/p>\n
 v  justriand properlan-d ‘there is no scope for enhancement.<\/p>\n
    _ certi\ufb01cate Ex P 8 the claimant has<\/p>\n
su,sltajnedc’ltW’o simple injuries. Injuries sustained and<\/p>\n
 treatraeiit taken by him are also evident from O.P.<\/p>\n
 Ex. P 5 and supported by the oral evidence of the<\/p>\n
 __clla.irnant examined as PW 1. He has not examined the<\/p>\n
doctor regarding nature of injuries sustained by him<\/p>\n
and disability suffered.\n<\/p>\n
7. Considering the two sirnpie injuries i;1dicVated_.._in<\/p>\n
the wound certi\ufb01cate the Tribunal has_.right},yV  <\/p>\n
