Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<br \/>\n\trespondent-State and also perused papers. I have also gone through<br \/>\n\tthe contents of the application. It appears that applicant-prisoner<br \/>\n\thas other family members to manage the fine amount. I have not found<br \/>\n\tany substance in the present application and hence, the present<br \/>\n\tapplication deserves to be rejected and is hereby rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">(Z.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">K.
