SHAHJAHANPUR, DISTRICT PATNA\n                                                    -Petitioner\n\n                                     Versus\n\n                   THE STATE OF BIHAR              - Opposite Party\n\n\n2   13.07.2011<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                 Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                         Petitioner is named accused in this Case         being<\/p>\n<p>                 mother in law of deceased daughter of the complainant<\/p>\n<p>                 arising out of Hilsa P.S. Case no. 412 of 2008 which itself<\/p>\n<p>                 was instituted on the basis of complaint lodged by the<\/p>\n<p>                 complainant roughly one and half months of death of the<\/p>\n<p>                 deceased in peculiar circumstances.       After investigation<\/p>\n<p>                 Police submitted final form which has been accepted and<\/p>\n<p>                 protest complaint petition was taken.     Almost in similarly<\/p>\n<p>                 situated circumstances, one co-accused Karu Ram was<\/p>\n<p>                 granted the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated<\/p>\n<p>                 26.4.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11026 of 2011.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                         Considering the      facts and circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four<\/p>\n<p>                 weeks of communication of the order,          is directed to be<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          enlarged on bail on furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>          ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>          satisfaction of Sri K.D. Rajajee,    Judicial Magistrate, first<\/p>\n<p>          class, Hilsa, Nalanda, in Complaint Case no. 98(C) of 2009,<\/p>\n<p>          subject to the conditions laid down in <a href=\"\/doc\/1692057\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 438(2)<\/a> of the<\/p>\n<p>          Code of Criminal Procedure      with additional condition that<\/p>\n<p>          the petitioner shall remain present before the court below on<\/p>\n<p>          each and every date for two years or till disposal of the case,<\/p>\n<p>          whichever is earlier.
