KATRISARAI, DISTRICT NALANDA AT PRESENT\n                  POSTED AS JUNIOR ACCOUNTS CLE RK AT NATIONAL\n                  RURAL EMPLOYMENT OFFICE, DISTRICT BOARD\n                  CAMPUS, BIHARSHARIF\n                                           Versus\n                               The State Of Bihar &amp; Ors .\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   30\/06\/2011             When the writ application was filed, petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  was aggrieved because he was not given the benefit of<\/p>\n<p>                  Assured Career Progression scheme in terms of the<\/p>\n<p>                  policy notified by the government.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                           Today a counter affidavit has been filed stating<\/p>\n<p>                  the position that the petitioner has been given benefit and<\/p>\n<p>                  in support thereof a notification contained in Annexure-A<\/p>\n<p>                  has been annexed indicating the decision of the screening<\/p>\n<p>                  committee to grant benefit of A.C.P. to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                           It goes without saying that the consequences of<\/p>\n<p>                  such a decision will flow in favour of the petitioner at the<\/p>\n<p>                  earliest now.
