\tThis Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for
\nhis wanton and willful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in
\nW.P(MD)No.12402 of 2010 dated 01.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n
\t2. On 19.08.2011, when the petition was taken up for hearing, it was
\nadjourned by 09.09.2011 as there is no representation for the petitioners and
\neven today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation
\non behalf of the petitioners to state that the respondent is continuing to
\ndisobey the order of this Court.\n<\/p>\n
\t3. The contempt petition has been filed stating that the order passed in
\nW.P(MD)No.12402 of 2010 dated 01.10.2010, has not been complied with and since
\nthe petitioners have not chosen to prosecute the case, it may be that the order
\nhas already been complied with by the respondent.\n<\/p>\n
\t4. In view of the above, this Court finds no reason to keep the contempt
\npetition pending and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.\n<\/p>\n
