OPPOSITE PARTY\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02.   24.08.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              Petitioner has misused the privilege of bail in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Sessions Trial No. 1747 of 2007. He<\/p>\n<p>                   absconded for three years and arrested on 31.03.2011,<\/p>\n<p>                   since then he is in custody.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              Counsel   for   the   petitioner     submits     that<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner is ready to give undertaking that he will<\/p>\n<p>                   participate in the trial on regular basis till its conclusion.<\/p>\n<p>                   He will not misuse the privilege of bail any more.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              Considering this fact, prayer for bail on behalf<\/p>\n<p>                   of the petitioner, namely, Nagendra Singh, is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                   He is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                   bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                   the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional<\/p>\n<p>                   Sessions     Judge-II,   Danapur,    District   &#8211;   Patna     in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Sessions Trial No. 1747 of 2007.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                               (Mridula Mishra, J.)<br \/>\n        SKM\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Nagendra Singh vs The State Of Bihar on 24 August, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.
