The corpus is also produced<br \/>\nbefore the Court by police. The corpus has attained majority and<br \/>\nthere is no dispute on it. We have talked to her and she has<br \/>\nexpressed her desire to go and stay with the petitioner with whom she<br \/>\nadmits to have got married. She states that does not want to go and<br \/>\nstay with her parents. She stated this in the presence of respondent<br \/>\nNo. 2 as well as her husband i.e. Manharlal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\t\tIn<br \/>\nlight of the above developments, the petition deserves to be allowed<br \/>\nand the same is allowed. The corpus is free to go and stay with<br \/>\npetitioner Thakore Kanuji Pratapji.
