The convict wants to be out on temporary<br \/>\nbail so as to see that engagement of his sister and marriage could be<br \/>\nundertaken.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\t\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">Learned APP Mr.Shah waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondent State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks.  The convict<br \/>\nhas enjoyed one temporary bail in the year 2008 at the time of sad<br \/>\ndemise of his father and one furlough in the year 2008 (from<br \/>\n15.3.2008) but he surrendered late by 7 days on 4.4.2008.  Besides<br \/>\nthat, there is nothing adverse noticed in the jail remarks.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\t\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the contents of the application, the same is<br \/>\npartly allowed. The convict<br \/>\nprisoner is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of<br \/>\n21 days<br \/>\nfrom the date of his actual release, on his executing a personal<br \/>\nbond of Rs.5,000\/-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">(Rupees Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthorities.
