RESPONDENT.\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02\/   12.07.2010                 This appeal is admitted for hearing.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                 Call for the Lower Court Records.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                 It has been submitted that the two accused have faced<\/p>\n<p>                   trial but the allegation of firing is against co-convict Dharmendra<\/p>\n<p>                   Singh @ Mantu. The Doctor has found only one ante mortem injury<\/p>\n<p>                   which was not attributed against this appellant.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                   during the pendency of this appeal, the above named appellant is<\/p>\n<p>                   directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                   (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                   satisfaction of Sri Vinod Kumar, Additional Sessions Judge FTC<\/p>\n<p>                   No. II \/ his successor court, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                   Sessions Trial No. 249 of 2006 (T.
