Learned   Public   Prosecutor,   on   instructions,   submitted   that<\/p>\n<p>eventhough a complaint was lodged on behalf of the said P.T.Babu, no<\/p>\n<p>crime has been registered by the Pampady police and that the police do<\/p>\n<p>not want the petitioner in connection with the above said allegation.   If<\/p>\n<p>so,   the   apprehension   of   arrest   and   harassment   entertained   by   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is without any basis.   Recording the submission made by the<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                                          (V.
